We are happy to be working with our client who is one of the leading SolidWorks Resellers in the UK. They have the worlds most qualified SolidWorks Technical teams which is looking to grow.

They are now looking to add another Application Engineer to the team who can look after the Electrical product range within SolidWorks.

We are looking for suitably qualified Electrical or Electronics Engineers with relevant industry experience. Previous CAD experience is essential, as is a strong customer focus and a willingness to learn.


The Role:
We are looking for individuals with the drive and commitment to go the extra mile who can demonstrate:

- Understand the customer needs and to work closely with them and others in the extensive technical support team to present solutions

- The ability to work with the customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service.

Typical Activities Include: ·
On-Site
- Presales Demonstrations
- Customer Development visits (installs, instil best practices, troubleshooting)
- New Technology Presentations

In Office
-Troubleshooting on the Technical Support Desk
-Delivering in-class Certified SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS Electrical and SOLIDWORKS PCB Training Courses.

Specific Experience:
-Experience of any Electrical & Electronics package would be a distinct advantage, as would specific knowledge of using SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS Electrical and SOLIDWORKS PCB.
-Engineers with experience of installing and managing CAD software solutions preferred
-Engineers with experience in designing Electrical systems and/or PCB boards preferred
