Recruitment Consultant - Newark-on-Trent

A bit about us

Solid People are a young, dynamic and ambitious recruitment company based in Newark-on-Trent. We work with clients all over the UK from a whole host of industries including architecture, engineering, construction, furniture, marine & product design. We specialise in Computer Aided Design (CAD) recruitment so if a company designs a product then they're a potential client to Solid People.

With bold growth plans for 2017 we're after ambitious individuals looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in recruitment.

The Role

Your duties will involve developing business relationships with Clients to uncover new vacancies. You'll use our candidate network to find suitable applicants for client vacancies and advertise and market vacancies using various forms of media. It will be your responsibility to work with potential applicants. They'll be assessed by you, be put forward for interviews, and be given interview feedback with the ultimate goal of making the placement.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking highly driven and enthusiastic individuals who want to be financially rewarded for their hard work.

You must be degree level qualified and live locally to Newark. Those with engineering / design related qualifications or experience would be at an advantage but this is not essential as training will be offered.

If you have a 'commercial edge' to your personality, are good at building relationships with people, confident and a strong communicator then we'd like to hear from you.
