Our client is an award winning, UK based global provider of high-quality technical furniture for control rooms of all industries. They pride themselves on creating a comfortable working experience and environment for their employees and their clients.

They are a fast-growing company and are now looking to further expand their team and bring in an Autodesk Inventor CAD Designer.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented, motivated individual to join a company with big ambitions and global reach. We are seeking someone with a proven ability to utilise Autodesk Inventor to engineer product designs. This role has career advancement potential and the opportunity to work on projects with recognised brands.

A position has become available in the design team to develop the automation of their parametric inventor models. All of their designs use frame generator and we utilise parametrics and illogic to automate the design to a certain where possible.

We are looking for a talented individual to take the company's automation to the next stage, simplifying the procedures in preparation for extending the processes to our international offices

As a draughtsperson you will also have to work within the design team producing details for proposals and also have some responsibilities regarding developing the product range.

Skills and Experience:

- Fully experienced using Inventor and parametrically driven models

- Programming knowledge

- Problem solving

- Critical thinking.

Other requirements:

- Valid passport and a willingness to travel overseas as and when a project requires.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Design Engineering or a related discipline is desirable
